2.7 Minimum Information Required
|
Ask the learners what the third angle is in a right triangle with a 25° angle.
If we know one other angle in a right triangle we know all 3 angles because the angles must add to 180°.
The other two angles must be smaller than the right angle, i.e., the right angle is the largest angle.
Therefore, the side opposite the right angle must be the longest side – it’s called the hypotenuse.
