5. The pairs of tasks work together to give you information about your learners
|
- Each assessment consists of a pair of tasks loosely linked through the topic.
-
Learners must attempt both tasks (Task A and Task B).
The tasks have been designed in pairs so that they provide enough information to assess the learners’ writing knowledge and skills. This means that although some tasks assess only some of the writing progressions e.g. form filling, all of the writing progressions are able to assessed by the pair of tasks.
