Welcome to the Assessment Tool Support pages

The primary purpose of assessment should be to support learning by generating feedback that learners and their educators can act upon. Occasionally, some extra assistance may be required to achieve this.

The Assessment Tool Service Desk provides support to people with the role of Organisation Administrator and/or Educator through these web pages. On the left side of this screen is our menu listing the resources available to support your use of the Assessment Tool.

Using these Support pages

The Assessment Tool Quick Links page identifies nine key areas of support. These links provide specific information designed to assist with the practical use of the Assessment Tool.

From initial stages of Signing up to use the Assessment Tool through to How to use the Assessment Tool and Interpreting Reports created as a result.

As well as a wide reaching Troubleshooting page, information regarding TEC Funding has also been included.

Our Support pages provide further information on recent additional Assessment types (Snapshot) and areas (Vocabulary), as well as Frequently Asked Questions that have been divided into categories of Educational and Technical for ease of use and convenience when searching.

The Assessment Tool News and Updates page advises of any new enhancements and developments to the Tool. Scheduled outages are also announced on this page. (Tip. Sign up for RSS news feeds and/or email updates to be automatically notified about future scheduled outages.)
